Terms of use

1. What ArbiForge is

ArbiForge is a website (the “Interface”) that helps you prepare and sign transactions for open-source smart contracts on Arbitrum One. The Interface never holds your assets or private keys. Every action is signed by you in your own wallet and executed by public smart contracts that anyone can call directly.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Tokens launched by others

Anyone can launch a token. Appearing in the explorer, analytics or the ticker is automatic and is not an endorsement, listing decision or recommendation. Token pages show data read from the blockchain; a safety checklist describes contract rules, not the merit of a project. Tokens can lose all of their value.

4. Real-world-asset tokens and third parties

RWA tokens shown as pair assets are issued by independent companies under their own terms, eligibility rules and jurisdictional restrictions. Routing, prices and charts may use third-party services (for example DEX contracts, KyberSwap, DefiLlama and DexScreener) that can be unavailable or inaccurate.

5. Fees

The factory charges the launch fee shown before you sign. Every launch pool charges a 1% Uniswap fee on each swap; that fee is split between the token's creator and the platform in the proportion shown on the token page, fixed when the token was launched. Network gas and the fees of other pools on a route go to the network and their liquidity providers.

6. No warranties

The Interface and the smart contracts are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and blockchains, RPC providers and wallets can fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Interface are not liable for losses arising from its use.

7. Changes and access

The Interface may change, or restrict access in some regions, at any time. The smart contracts remain usable directly on Arbitrum One regardless of the Interface.
